Lunch break symposium supported by Danone Chair(s) TBC Introduction: This symposium will explore the critical role of gut health in supporting health outcomes across different stages of life highlighting how pharmacists can contribute to improved patient care through evidence-based nutritional interventions and personalized support. The session will begin with a keynote presentation by Prof. Jan Knol, providing the latest scientific insights into the importance of gut health and the evolving evidence linking the gut microbiome to health and wellbeing throughout the life course. 'This will be followed by a a presentation from Elen Jones and Mike Tignol, highlighting the importance of Specialized Nutrition in the management of the different stages of life, and the role that Pharmacists can play in the everyday life of our populations. " The session will conclude with a panel discussion featuring pharmacists from three different markets. The panel will explore practical applications, challenges, and opportunities on Specialized Nutrition Programme:
