Organised by the FIP Technology Advisory Group in collaboration with the FIP Community Pharmacy Section & the FIP Ethics Advisory Group Chair(s) Dr Claudia Rijcken, FIP Technology Advisory Group, Netherlands & Mr Lars-Åke Söderlund, FIP Bureau Member, Sweden Introduction: In this interactive discussion, pharmacists will share firsthand accounts of how digital health technologies have transformed their practice and improved patient care, from telepharmacy in remote areas to AI-driven medication management. Speakers will share their experiences on how digital health technologies can enable personalised health by tailoring recommendations to individual needs, enhancing patient convenience through easy access to care, and ensuring continuous and seamless monitoring with real-time, real world and evidence-based advice. Participants will learn how pharmacists play a key role in integrating these tools into practice, supporting medication adherence, and delivering personalised interventions. This approach improves self-care, optimises patient outcomes, and fosters greater engagement in health management. These firsthand accounts will provide valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of integrating digital health into pharmacy. This session will inspire participants to embrace digital transformation and highlight the human impact of technological advancements. Programme:
