Organised by a collaboration between the FIP Foundation, FIP Community Pharmacy Section, FIP Education, FIP Academic Pharmacy Section, FIP Early Career Pharmaceutical Group, supported by the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation Chair Dr. Emmanuella Nzeribe, President, the FIP Early Career Pharmaceutical Group, Nigeria Introduction: The LDW is a collaborative workshop designed to help build and develop leadership skills for Early Career Pharmacists, Pharmaceutical Scientists and Students that they can use in future endeavours. This workshop aims to develop interpersonal skills and strategies for effective leadership collaboration in diverse and international settings. At the end of the workshop, the LDW participants should be able to learn how to manage conflict and provide feedback constructively while respecting cultural differences, as well as equally apply personal branding techniques to enhance international presence. All IPSF and FIP ECPG members are invited to embark on this extraordinary journey. Programme:
