Organised by the FIP Community Pharmacy Section in collaboration with the FIP Social and Administrative Pharmacy Section, the FIP Health and Medicines Information Section , the FIP Pharmacy Practice Research SIG, the FIP Technology Advisory Group & the International Pharmaceutical Students Federation Chair(s) Dr Sarah Dineen-Griffin, Vice President FIP Community Pharmacy Section, Australia & Dr Sham Moodley, ExCo member of the FIP Community Pharmacy Section, South Africa Introduction: As the demand for self-care frameworks grows globally, it is essential to develop policies that empower individuals and strengthen healthcare systems. Joined by a panel of experts, the invited speaker will discuss the key insights from the "Self-Care 2030" report and engage in a dialogue on the "why, when, how, and with whom" of advancing self-care. This session aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the strategic directions needed to integrate self-care into global healthcare systems, emphasizing the role of technology and collaboration with stakeholders such as WHO and FIP.
