Introduction:
Celebrate the FIP Foundation's good work and meet the 2024-25 Research Grant recipients and leadership scholars. The FIP Foundation Board will present a brief report on our programme successes and share our future plans. Leadership Scholars and Research Grant recipients will share their experience and information.

Learning objectives:
1. To learn and understand the priorities and mission of the FIP Foundation.
2. To discuss Foundation programmes and identify opportunities to advance the work of the FIP Foundation.
3. To celebrate Foundation leadership scholars and research grant recipients.
Take home messages:
Provide FIP membership with an opportunity to learn about Foundation programmes and to provide insight and feedback to advance the work of the FIP Foundation and successfully execute our mission.
