To register for the Summer Meeting of the FIP PPR SIG, which will be held 29 August, or to register for the 83rd FIP World Congress Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science organised by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) from 31 August to 3 September 2025, we kindly ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions as published on the website.

Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. Please send an email to the FIP Congress Secretariat.
In case of cancellation before or on 2 June 2025 (23.59 CEST), the registration fee less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded.
In case of cancellation between 3 June and 11 August 2025 (23.59 CEST), the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
As of 12 August 2025 (00:00 CEST) the registration fee will not be refunded.
The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including if a visa is officially refused to the participant. Delegates are strongly advised to apply for their visa at least three months before travelling to Denmark to ensure adequate processing times (that is, no later than the end of May 2025).
All registrations are strictly personal: replacements or name changes are not possible. You may be asked to show an identification document (e.g. passport) when picking up your badge at the registration desk.
