Do I need to pay for abstract submission?

No, abstract submission is free. However, you need to be registered for the event and this can be done by registering here.

How many abstracts am I allowed to submit?

Unlimited

Can I add authors to my abstract if it already has been accepted?

Yes, you can add the name, affiliation, city and country of the author while making registration. Note that this is possible up and till 1,5 months before the congress. 

Does the person submitting the poster have to be the one presenting, or can it be anyone on the project presenting at the conference? 

Somebody else can be as well. 

Can I get a certificate for my presentation?

Yes, you will receive a certificate by e-mail after the congress.

The deadline of receiving the notification e-mail has passed but I haven’t received any?

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, all attendees will receive a certificate by e-mail after the congress.
